Ingredients : Sweetener: Isomalt (E 953), Hydrolyzed marine collagen ( fish allergen ), Magnesium salts of citric acid, Creatine, American cranberry ( Vaccinium macrocarpon Aiton ) fruit dry extract titrated at 10.0% in proanthocyanidins, Acidifier: Citric acid (E 330), Flavoring: Lemon, Black cohosh (Actaea racemosa L.) rhizome dry extract titrated at 2.5% in triterpene glycosides (saponins), Horsetail (Equisetum arvense L.) herb dry extract titrated at 2.0% in silica, Sweetener: Sucralose (E 955), Anti-caking agent: Magnesium stearate (E 470b), Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).

Dosage: take 1 stick pack per day diluted in a glass of water, preferably during lunch.
